Connell's THE CHINESE ROOM was described as "The book that shocked and titillated a nation," and it still has the power to shock and titillate those who are easily shocked and titillated.
Could it possibly be as titillating (so to speak) as that back cover blurb above?
I would say that blurb pre-empts nearly every possible joke to be made on the title A MAN OF PARTS.Womanhood leaking all over one from her breasts can be refreshing, though a bit messy.
