C.S. Lewis one of the earlier folks to gently insist, I am, too, a science fiction writer, when annoying people would try to segregate him from the field. Thus the forefather in this regard to the likes of Karen Russell, Andy Weir, Ernest Cline, et al.

That's the edition of the paperbacks I have (purchased used, not new). I read them for the first time in the 1970s and haven't read them since. I'm sort of afraid I won't find then as interesting now...

I read them in Avon editions in the '50s. Remember almost nothing about them.

Never read it but read "The Screwtape Letters" & "The Great Divorce". He had a great talent for Science Fiction I always felt like. I'll keep an eye out for this one.
