Of any Lansdale work, MUCHO MOJO might be one of the best crime books of it's era. Or even those THE DRIVE-IN books, as I think about it.
DEVIL RED was quite good, I think it -might- be one of my most favorite of the Hap & Leonard novels. For fans of that series, bless 'their weird little hearts.'

Let's hope the TV series is a hit and that more books get the TV treatment.
