Weirwoods, not "weirdwoods." I think I have all of Swann's books, and have had for years, but have read only one or two; seems others have always been more alluring when it came down to it. What I *have* read is very good, though, so I remain somewhat surprised that Swann is indeed, apparently, forgotten.

I enjoyed Thomas Burnett Swann's works. But as John O'Neill points out, Swann seems to be completely forgotten.

Yeah, that error was in the original link to the Black Gate post. It hasn't been corrected, but the title of the book is correct in the post itself.
