We seem to be on a roll with Deb's secret husbands this week. I love JF and Creedence's music, but...well, has he had "work" done? His face don't look right.
We've seen Fogerty seven times in the last 10 years and every concert has been great. He usually does all of his Creedence stuff as well as newer songs. He also talks about some of the stuff from the book. Deb, I think it's the dissonance between his age (and lines) and the way he dresses, his hair (dyed, one would guess), etc. Has he had work done? I would not be at all surprised.
Another of a number of rock-and-roll brothers who couldn't get along...John & Tom Fogerty, Ray and Dave Davies, Dave and Phil Alvin, Don and Phil Everly...
I believe the brothers were still estranged when Tom died. At Tom Fogerty's funeral, John said, "When Tom and I were kids, we dreamed of being rock'n'roll stars when we grew up. Well, we became rock'n'roll stars, but we never grew up."
