Some glaring omissions. Besides the Lynd Ward books noted in the comments, where are Harvey Kurtzman's Jungle Book, or Binky Brown Meets the Holy Virgin Mary?

I have the Kurtzman book. Bought it off the rack. That was a long, long time ago.
