Meh. Nitwits and clueless people have always been around.
A teacher friend was interviewing candidates for a teaching position at her school and was shocked at the number of women who arrived wearing spaghetti straps with massive amounts of tattoo'd skin visible. These were people with at least a four-year degree and in most cases a master's degree, applying for an elementary school teaching position and many of them had no idea how to dress.
