My girls are named Lillian, Julia, and Victoria--never names to make the top ten. Too old fashioned, I guess--although I see that Lilly (not Lillian) is right up there.
I like those names, Deb.I had a great aunt Lillian so that is certainly old fashioned, but then so are Biblical names which are popular - Sarah, Rachel, Rebecca, etc.
If you look up "popular baby names" over the last 100 years my sister is #15 (Lisa) and my brother #20 (Kenneth). Mine is #29 but my younger sister (Betsy) doesn't make the top 100, though I suppose you could call it a derivative of Elizabeth (#3).
If you check babynamewizard.com you'll find a very cool interactive chart where you can type in a name and see when it was popular (Jeffrey was the #10 most popular name in the 1960's, according to this).
The high point of Lillian was the 1890's and 1900's but the 2000's show it making a comeback at #21. Julia is also making a comeback these days. Victoria's highest ever level of popularity was the 1990's.
Choosing a name for your baby is one of the most exciting and truly exasperating jobs a new parent-to-be has to face. Because there are quite often two people choosing the name it is difficult to agree. What is worse, both parties usually change their minds several times during this process.

My name has always been a problem. It's actually "Billy." Not William, which even some of my relatives can't quite get used to.
