I would add the first shot of Joe Pesci and Ry Liotta in GOODFELLAS, they are supposed to be late teens or maybe early 20s but they look, with every line on their faces, 40
Kathleen Turner was 32 when PEGGY SUE GOT MARRIED came out. An argument can be made that she went back in time as her old self and should be seen that way.
Beverly Polcyn turned 74 in the year of release of NOT ANOTHER TEEN MOVIE...albeit her role was a parody of Drew Barrymore's role in NEVER BEEN KISSED, wherein she as an adult re-enrolls in high school.

Stockard Channing remains the most idiotic casting of all time for me. She could have been teaching for 10 years by that time!

The flashback scenes in ROMY AND MICHELE'S HIGH SCHOOL RUNION had the same cast as the the rest of the movie, and basically everyone was 30-something.
