I used to have this years ago - it disappeared when I went off to college. Mothers!

Another cover I haven't seen and book I haven't read, and me a trufan of FL. I feel like a student sneaking in to your course (unpaid) on SF, Mystery & Pop Culture! Thanx!

You're welcome. That's what I'm here for.

Well, Bud, I'll put a dissenting oar in...even though it's a loose sequel to "Coming Attraction" and "Poor Superman," it's for my money the third-weakest of Leiber's novels...which means it's worth reading, but only THE WANDERER and THE SILVER EGGHEADS were lesser (unless you consider the "lost" early novella ...DANIEL KESSERICH a true novel).

But I hadn't ever seen the Lion edition, either. That is cute. (I have the Ace Double with NIGHT MONSTERS, a fine short collection.)

Who was the artist? Could it have been Richard Powers? I know he did at least one other cover for Lion (Hell's Pavement) around the same time. Thanks.
