This is one of those classic paperbacks! Love the cover! I just have a beat-up copy.
I have this book, and read it less than 15 years ago. I think the back cover blurb must be from another book, it doesn't resemble the book at all. Must have been an overenthusiastic blurb writer.
"Superarms" is what my wife calls me when she doesn't call me "Hey you."
