I don't see THE HOTTIE AND THE NOTTIE either. Or ISHTAR.
That said, I've seen them all except one (you can guess which) and my question is this: how did they make E.T. for $25 million and spend $150 MILLION on MARS NEEDS MOMS, apparently on track to be one of the 10 biggest money losers of all time?
This list is deeply suspect. There are plenty of micro-budgeted films, such as Night of the Living Dead and The Blair Witch Project, that have had higher ROIs.
My taste is not aligned with the popular taste, clearly. I like just two of these 15 films, Jaws and American Beauty; I haven't seen Slumdog Millionaire yet. Otherwise, these titles don't excite me.

I don't see how THE BLAIR WITCH PROJECT isn't on there. I believe it was made for under a million and earned over 100 million.
