The article is wrong. The entire series ran over the course of a week back in January (I think) as we recorded the whole thing to watch at our leisure. I can't remember what channel it was on.
That said, CASTLE is a hit and unlikely to be canceled soon.

I liked the TV series and the FIREFLY movie. Maybe Nathan Fillion can do another FIREFLY movie when CASTLE is on hiatus.
