Based upon my experience, the "NO's" take just three minutes, but the "YES's" take up to fifteen years.
Wow...I'd heard this studied truism more than fifteen years ago. I guess it helps if your subjects are shallow as saucers.
I've gotten a NO in .03 seconds.
