I saw that list. I was unaware of several of the second generation authors. I could add to the list Andre Dubus and Andre Dubus III. The dad is perhaps my favorite short story writer of all time. He wrote many many outstanding stories - a master of the form.
I agree with Frank on the late great Andre Dubus.
I'm surprised the list did not mentioned Stephen King's second son, Owen, who has written at least one book of stories.
