A friend, synchronisitcally, brought my attention to this site today with this image, which she finds disturbing:

I can see why.
This image was on the cover of the novel Bisquick commissioned from Barry Malzberg, no less...one in every extra-large box. Attempts to get Iceberg Slim to consider updating a certain folktale for a second volume were less fruitful.
More tangential relevance, somehow...my word verification for this reply is "exporked," which I'm taking in a breakfast meat sort of way...
Rumor has it that TIGERBUTTER does exist in first-chapter-and-outline form.
Those are both good rumors.
