Well, as the Blog Log notes, at least one proud Abbott/Nase mama is justifiably busting...interesting choice, BURN NOTICE for tv script, in a relatively crowded field.
Congratulation to 2008 Grand Master: Bill Pronzini.
I like Burn Notice but am surprised it beat out Dexter which is a very well written show and Pushing Daisies which is very quirky in writing and looks (though maybe that was the ep where the guy killed off people by clogging up the victim's exhaust pipes on their cars which would conk out the engine but not fill the car with exhaust unless the pipe was vented into the interior of the car.
Yet again I have read none of the winners.
