I saw this, on late-night tv, in Hawaii, as a teen, ca. 1980. It's one of my favorite stupid Those Wild Kids And How If We Could Just Reason With Them films, of the sort that attempts to take the kids' side. THE EXPLOSIVE GENERATION...fine answer and double-feature with the similarly insanely hoky THE BLACKBOARD JUNGLE.
Ah...I was wondering how this was TEENAGE TRAMP...and, having seen the second trailer, for the film that Doesn't have William Shatner in it, I still wonder...but, one should be used to teenagers with crow's feet by now with this sort of production.
I see by IMDb that TEENAGE TRAMP was a mildly explicit UK attempt to split the difference between exploitation and kitchen-sink/angry young folk drama, originally called THAT KIND OF GIRL. So, it and THE EXPLOSIVE GENERATION (because Who Wouldn't want William Shatner teaching sex ed to 24yo teens?) would've made a pretty entertaining (and perhaps inspirational) night at the drive-in ca. 1963/64, as well.
this was filth gone berserk!! the scenes depicted were warped and foul enough but the voiceover almost drove me to madness!! where are the NICE pictures? this sordid depravity had poured a squalid wash of sin across my whole day!!! this is just wrong!!!

Yes, in those days Dick Clark wasn't the only one who could claim to be the World's Oldest Teenager.
