I'd jail Raygun at least as readily, myself (and he was no architect of the right, but a damned good cheerleader for it). It's about as stupid a list as I'd expect from the current ATLANTIC...Walton yes, but Woolworth or Sears, no. That's perspective. Not too upset about King's placement, unless CBN you're referring to Elvis's.

Plenty of room for arguement. I'd slip King and Ronnie Raygun much lower, leave off the Mormons completely, and put Earl Warren in jail.
