Will Texas Lead the Way?

Little League World Series: Hawaii advances to U.S. title game - ESPN: "The Little League World Series final four is finally set after rain earlier in the week forced the schedule to be pushed back. Hawaii will play Pearland, Texas, in the U.S. championship game Saturday, while Japan and Taiwan will meet for the international crown.

The winners play Sunday for the World Series title."

Texas lost, neener, neener! I'm only being sarcastic because Texas beat the team from Auburn, the Washington State team. I wanted taiwan to win their game against Japan but the damn fool Chinese catcher tried to pick off a runner at first, threw the ball away, and that runner eventually scored to tie the game. It was the last inning, so Japan went on to win in overtime.

That should be Taiwan (called Chinese Taipei in the pc world), and I meant extra innings, not overtime.

The Texas boys got only two hits. Very disappointing.
