Our local conservative radio talk show host said, " Enjoy Labor Day, compliments of the Communist Party."
Internationally, Labor Day is May 31. The drive to create it came from the various Socialist parties in Europe. So, when the U.S. decided to have a "Labor Day," it had to be any day except May 31.
