Collecting Vintage Postcards

Collecting Vintage Postcards: Postcards (sometimes spelled out in two words as "post cards") became popular at the turn of the 20th century, especially for sending short messages to friends and relatives. They were collected right from the start, and are still sought after today by collectors of pop culture, photography, advertising, wartime memorabilia, local history, and many other categories.

I have a nearly complete collection of postcards featuring the County Courthouses of Indiana's 92 counties...

I've had trouble finding postcards lately. Only souvenir stands seem to have them. But I did get some neat ones on line of '50s comic covers and rocket ship art.

I have a few neat postcards featuring Texas stuff, all from the 1950s. I've never gotten into postcards any further than that.
