This home has been recently remodeled including all new electrical, plumbing, inside A/C and brand new outside unit, double pane windows, tile flooring, still has the original refinished hard wood floors, all new lighting/ceiling fans, new kitchen cabinets, counter tops, appliances, including dishwasher, stove, oven, and both bathrooms are completely remodeled as well with counter tops, sink, toilets, bath/shower. Even the sheetrock, doors and door knobs are new!

I loved how they professionally staged that home.
At that price, it's a bargain. Get rid of your other storage units and use this.
In other words, other than the address, nothing about this home looks like it did when Nolan Ryan lived there.
How much do you think the Ryan name adds to the price, Bill?
Probably not much outside of Alvin. Maybe a little if you're local. Housing is cheap here.
