No parachute pants = fail. Although I totally dig about 2/3rds of that list. Crimped hair is making a comeback, man! I swear!
Mini skirts are still around...and the look is not really any nicer today than it was in the late 1960s/early 1970s.
I actually like many of those looks: the colors, geometric designs, and wacky accessories. As Ebert said of not-too-old movies, we have to wait until something stops being merely dated and starts being history to understand its historical value.
