Not one of their better songs. I remember it being hard to take them seriously due to those silly uniforms and their association with Dick Clark.

But Steve, if you had been a 12-year-old girl at that time, all you'd be thinking is, "Oh that Mark Lindsay is soooooo cuuuuuuute!"

not the original line up, but still great R&R out of the northwest. Hey bill, how do you come up with the song of the day? This was not one of their best, but still charted at # 18 on billboard.

Good question, Keith. Sometimes a song will just pop into my head, and I'll use that one. Sometimes I'll hear one that I like on the radio, and I'll use that one. I like all the songs I use, but obviously not everybody does.

Paul Revere was the guest conductor at a couple of LouieFests, where the sponsors tried to get 1,000 guitars to play Louie, Louie. I attended four of them. The best they ever achieved was 750 guitars.
