It was after the can exploded that things really got weird.
I hope he wasn't getting the leftovers from the exploded can IYKWIM, because...yuck.
And yet, amazingly, this did NOT happen in Florida.
It's such a good story that I wonder if it's fake.
I wondered if it was too good to be true, too. Probably, but as you said, it's a great story. Who cares?
