#1. Draw it. And right next to it (when I viewed it anyway) is a very bad drawing for a weight loss product, But more seriously, if I tried o draw something as a memory aid, I'd look at the drawing later and ask myself, "What the hell is this supposed to be?"
#6. Handwrite it. There's a lot of research in learning theory which backs this up. In fact, I tell my classes about it every semester--taking class notes by hand is more effective than tying your notes on your laptop. Not that they care.
