I once worked with somebody who took Prozac and was very open about it. We always knew when she took it because she would disappear to the bathroom, come back, and then about twenty minutes later would be all smiles and giggles. Went on for six weeks so we got used to it.
Even when she tried to cut the throat of a coworker she still smiled and giggled. Kept it up while chasing me with the knife a couple of minutes later. Did the same all the way to the back of a police car.
