Yeah, the New York one is scaring every one I know. Not really, since this is the first time I've ever heard of it. Why can't we get something cool, like a chupacabra?

I never heard of yours, either. I thought for sure it would be giant mutant sewer gators.

I want to believe! Those are real!

New York should be giant mutant rats!

Some of these seem typical of the region. A bridge to hell in Alabama! The one in California seemed like the plot to an episode of the X-files to delight Hollywood.

I can't help but wonder if the rapist clown in Illinois was inspired by the unfortunately very real John Wayne Gacy.

I think that beast in North Carolina was probably taken care of by John the Balladeer so no one there has to worry.

John could handle just about anything.

I lived in Chicago from 1983 through 2001, and I never hears of Homey the Clown...maybe the stories only got told to kids.

I've lived most of the rest of my life (beginning in 1948) in Indiana, and I have never heard of the Crosley Monster, either.

So I suppose I'm a bit skeptical about the whole thing.

Homey the Clown predates Gacy several years, as far as I can tell by the extremely inadequate write-up.
