The denim overalls "work look" really sums up the era.

Don't forget a multi-colored turtleneck to wear under it--to, ya know, complete the look.
Men's fashion in the late 1970s should be excised from our collective consciousness...except for the risk that we might somehow do it again.
Bill, this was from about 6 months before I started to work for Wards. I started in June 1977 and was there for 23 years, 9 months and 4 days.
So I read it wrong. I was already working there. Must need new glasses. I read 76 not 78
I'll bet you dressed in some of those spiffy fashions, too. I don't remember, though.
