The biggest jump (from 51 to 16) was Dylan's "Don't Think Twice" by The Wonder Who?, which was actually (of course) Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons. "I Can Never Go Home Anymore" by The ShangriLas went from 24 to 14 and "It's My Life" by The Animals from 42 to 22.
Dunno why this didn't post this afternoon, but, forthwith, the Billboard list (I made it the Top 15, because 11-13 were sort of worth mentioning):
