I knew most of them (except the dental floss thing).
Also, Cafe du Monde opened during the Civil War in 1862. There is a law that all tourists must get beignets there at least once. (Or if there isn't, there should be.) And yes, I've been to Pat O'Brien's and had a hurricane. (And Preservation Hall is right around the corner.)
