Very nice article, but I expect the novel to be underwhelming. At least it is not a piece about someone continuing the Flashman series. That would be very bad.
The heirs aren't being coy about it. They admit it's not the prime stuff, but I'll probably read it, anyway. And I agree with you about anyone continuing the Flashman novels. We wouldn't want that.
