Momma leaves heater plugged in while inside grocery store or meat market. Momma has to return to meat market to call hubby because car won't start and heater quit working. Can you spell d-e-a-d battery? Six-volts could die in a heartbeat.
Not that I’m old or anything, but I remember when the only two options you could get on a new pickup were a heater and a radio. My granddad thought only the feeble-minded would spend money on such frivolities.
