Actually, I wouldn't mind trying Allen Ginsburg's borscht--the recipe reads like it would be good. Same for Pearl Buck's sweet and sour fish. But anything that requires a can of Campbell's tomato soup (with apologies to Andy Warhol) is a no-go in my book.

The fish is a nonstarter for me, but the borscht sounds okay.
I'd go for Edna St. Vincent Milay's choice. I like blueberry pie.
I couldn't pass that up!
I hate beets so no borscht for me.
Blueberry pie, on the other hand, is a must have.
