I couldn't get the "interactive" map to interact, so don't have the exact number, but the little splash of green at the southeastern edge of Louisiana is St. Tammany Parish, so I'm guessing we're in the "doing better" category.
I just compared us with King County, which is directly north and the home of Seattle. They were 135. Now I know this survey is bogus. Seattle is not only overpriced and overcrowded, it has the worst city government extant. This is the place that started the $15/hr minimum wage, has a socialist on the city council, and just gave the power company exec a $120,000/yr raise. The same exec who was scammed out of $120,000 worth of city property by gypsies pretending to be Indians.

Two most recent former counties are 1,112 and 283.
about the same. Sure glad I'm not in the south.

I checked. St. Tammany is #603.
1370. I can't see why. It's a nice county for the most part.

The power company exec story sounds like something out of a Carl Hiaasen novel.
Alameda County 384; judging by nearby counties, my Tri-Valley
eastern half of the county probably pulled down(up)at least 150 by Oakland.
