Already beaten to the reference to #7, so I'll just say that (1) I suspect some of these things are available at Walmarts overseas; and (2) as someone who shops at Walmart weekly, I can tell you that you can find Duck Dynasty everything there--from wine to ammo to bath towels (yes, bath towels).
I confess that I don't own the TP holder. I first saw one in Bed, Bath, and Beyond, and I think I posted a photo of it on the blog a couple of years ago.
