I used to have almost a full set of the Laser Books. I was an early subscriber to their book club and seeing these recent cover posts has been great. I know I read this one but I don't remember anything about it, though all these Freas cover pictures tickle the familiar. Cool stuff.
The Laser line was a kick for me. Never knew what kind of sf it was going to be and it published writers old and new I enjoyed. Seeing Juanita Coulson's novel reminds me of how much I miss Buck and Juanita and Yandro. Them was the days my friends.

I wish I'd subscribed, just for the covers. Now and then a full set turns up on eBay, and I'm always tempted, but I haven't pulled the trigger.

There were some surprises in the Laser line, some good, some bad. I miss the old days, too, Ed.
