I saw Sins of the Fleshapoids at Tankon but it was titled Revenge of the Fleshapoids. Without a doubt the worst desecration of film ever committed. It was so cheap they overlaid word balloons for the dialogue, and in this futuristic society they ate Clark bars and Lays potato chips.

What would the future be without Lays Potato Chips?

To say nothing of very amateurish pasties. And it was remotely based on THE HUMANOIDS by Jack Williamson. I did this one early on in Overlooked Films. It actually has a few virtues, beyond its audacious ridiculousness, if very few.

Meanwhile, Ms. Nastasi at FW is of course utterly unaware of Walter Tevis when citing THE MAN WHO FELL TO EARTH and otherwise is the perfect film geek. I"m pretty certain SECONDS is an arthouse film only in revival.
