Country Singer, Arab Native Wayne Mills Dies After Nashville Shooting: They said the two were inside the bar and a struggle ensued after Mills reportedly lit a cigarette in the non-smoking section.

I think there's more to the story. Apparently, it happened at 5:00 am when the bar was closed and just a few friends of the owner were sitting around talking. Plus, some are saying he was shot in the back of the head--even to a non-smoker like me, that seems a little harsh.
