This is the first paperback you have featured that I purchased when it came out (some of the others I bought used when they were fairly old). Getting a copy of this back then was no mean feat as it was an import novel with no proper American edition, but fortunately I lived near a great bookstore that got lots of British science fiction.
Having a store like must have been a great advantage. These books rarely show up in stores that sell used books now, and they don't show up often even on the various bookselling sites.
