"When I Leave These Prison Walls" by the Larks on Apollo deserves to be mentioned. Written by lead singer Gene Mumford who was released after being wrongly convicted. It's one of the most beautiful RnB group songs of the early fifties.(1951) The 45 will still bring four figures at auction.
