A pretty good list. I would have preferred Chaplins Modern Times over City Lights. And where is Citizen Kane, 400 Blows and Raging Bull? I prefer the HBO version of Mildred Pierce over the older one, but that's probably because I can't stand Joan Crawford. Also not much of a fan of Frances Ha and Roman Holiday.

Needless to say, I've seen them all other than the new one, but then I'm old. Also, a number of my all-time favorites are on that list.
And stay off my lawn!

I've seen 'em, too, and I can't really find much to complain about with this list.

Seen all but Frances Ha (and that does not sound as if it would appeal to me)--but then again I'm not in my twenties.
I can't (won't) complain either, but it would have been better if the list included the two great foreigners: 8 1/2 & The Seventh Seal.
Thanks for sharing..I just have see some of them..they are classic..
