Nice list. Thin Armin Shimerman was the only one I knew, but I don't watch much TV these days. Didn't really realize he was one, actually, since I watched Voyager back "then" and just finished seeing Buffy for the first time recently. Regardless, the first actor that comes to mind for me is William Daniels, who did the voice of KITT on Knight Rider and the lovely curmudgeonly Doctor Craig on St. Elsewhere at the same time. Craig was a wonderfully textured character in an equally great show.
David Canary played two different characters on the same show at the same time, twins Adam and Stuart Chandler on ALL MY CHILDREN. And was brilliant at it, as well.

If I remember rightly, when Robert Reed was doing THE BRADY BUNCH he was also appearing regularly on MANNIX as the private eye's cop friend.

AMC was one of Judy's favorite shows. She was crushed when it was canceled.
