Bill Gault? Is there more to his name somewhere on the copyright page?
Full name is on the title page, even. They must have thought "Bill" was tougher and would look cool on the cover.
Ha, I grabbed a(n e-)copy of this yesterday during the big Prologue Books sale. Can't wait to read it.
