I saw him on stage twice. A great entertainer.

One of the best country singers in my book. Loved him in "Las Vegas Hillbillies" in spite of his occasional facial tick.
I remember the line in the song about the girl who didn't like country music. She thought Ferlin Huskey was a sled dog.

Andy is right, but then how can you go wrong with Ferlin and Mamie Van Doren?
