I've read science magazines that in fifty years insects will be more of our diet than meat. But when those big texas roaches are scuttling across my floor at 3 am and I have to do one of those wwf ninja super woman throw my notebook and smear their guts across the floor smackdown I simply can't believe that my future grandchildren will be grinding them up for pancakes the next morning. Gah.
