Well, your link won't open, Bill, but as a certified geezer I do eat berries every day for the fiber: strawberries, blackberries and respberries for the most part.

I'm allergic to several fruits (including uncooked apples - luckily I can eat them baked, so Apple Pie is alright). Berries, thankfully, I am not allergic to.
I love berries, I'll have some strawberries this afternoon. I'd like to try the goji and acai berries, but they're tough to find.
I wonder when did cherries become berries?
So no mention of Saskatoon Berries? What kind of a list is that. I have a couple of Saskatoon Berry bushes in the back yard. still not ripe yet, but with the rain we got over the past few days the could be juicy ones.
