This hardly seems fair.
UK to show Pushing Daisies finale before US: "UK audiences will get to see the final episodes of Pushing Daisies before US viewers, following a decision by ITV to air the full series of the axed ABC drama.
Pushing Daisies, starring Anna Friel, was cancelled by US broadcaster ABC after the tenth episode of the final 13-part series was aired.
But an ITV spokesman said the broadcaster will continue to air the series, meaning UK audiences will be able to watch the final three episodes ahead of American fans."

That's totally screwed up. As one of the big supporters of Pushing Up Daisies, I'm sorry the show was cancelled. It pushed the envelope and the daisies. Ground-breaking, as they say.
Says something about U.K. TV.
This was a truly original show. It veered a bit near toward cloying sometimes, but I think it would have worked that out given a chance. Of course, we don't nowadays.
Well, it was a victim of the strike, to some extent...it was doing well in the ratings, then lost much of its US audience during the strike, who didn't return afterward. Albeit ABC could've given them more of a chance to do so. ABC is similarly cancelling LIFE ON MARS (US) and might well ax SAMANTHA WHO?, Christina Applegate's series delayed in large part by her cancer surgery. Disney=All Heart.
