They were "advised" to stop?? What's wrong with this? If they had been arrested and put in jail, they wouldn't be around to engage in illegal activity, or is that just too untexaslike?
No kidding, moni. Seems like the Texas jails would be the right place to put the people who gave out and received these fake SSN's.
